I had a major system crash. I remember having this problem before but for
the life ofme I cannot remember what I had to do to fix it.

When a user with the correct or higher access attempts to display the
message areas they don't show up. However they can access the areas by
name/number or by use of [] keys.

BTW the file areas display just fine.
