I did, and it did. The first line is over 80 characters, even.

/****************************************************************************** /
/* */
/*  Name:        pqueue.c */
/* */

Is it supposed to look like that?

  if ((ppQueueItemArray = (qItemPtr) malloc(sizeof(qItem) * (qsize + 1))) ==
NULL)

   if ((j ppqItemArray[j])->ItemKey >
pQueue->ppqItemArray[j+1]->ItemKey))

And these two source lines wrapped. As I said, it should still compile!
