1. I use a Maestro 144FM External presently. Is it worth upgrading to a
faster modem for internet work. I get between 0.9 and 1.4 k per sec during
internet downloads on Netscape and FTP.

2. If I was to upgrade, and my budget runs to $300 max, what modem or
modems should I consider. To date I have read about the KTX 33.6 Fax
Modems, and about the new Spirit (?)Dragon 33.6 External Fax Modem. The
latter is about $100 more expensive. Is one better than the other?
