It isn't an error message. It is a message that just tells me that
'OUTBOUND' cannot be run this often. I don't know... It does run every day
at least for 15-30 minutes, but I['m just trying to make the game more
responsive from ym end. I know there is nothing I hate more than for a board
to sit on my packets for a long time...
