I could, but it won't do you much good.  I don't use the floor and
ceiling speeds.  Anyway, my init:
AT&F1S11=40^M
If I wanted to connect at 14,400 or faster (i.e. don't connect slower
than 14,400) I'd use this:
AT&F1 S11=40 &U8 &N16^M
&Un sets the "floor" speed; &Nn sets the "ceiling" speed.
I haven't connected anywhere slower than 31,200 for months, and the
majority of my conections are at 33,600.
That string is for a USR Sportster, BTW, where the &F1 configures
hardware flow control, error correction, data compression, etc.
