Where is your source to back this up? How do you rate a lousy parent
from a good parent? This is a statistical question? - mental abuse,
physical abuse, proverty, what?

That is a loaded question. I rather don't believe that I could post
that in one paragraph. So, here's an outline:
1. Plan ahead before they come into your life: "How am I going to meet
the finacail needs of my children?
2. Where am I going to live: Where are the good areas of town, and
how will they turn out in 18 years?
3. Many other concepts involved.
4. Here's is the most important one: Raise him/her to be
Alaskan.
