hehehe, agreed but actual semaphore files on a common drive letter or
simply using //unc nameing work easier than trying to get named pipes set
up for network operation... i _can't_ do networked named pipes with Warp
3... at least not in the manner that my APC UPS manual describes their
installation/configuration... AFAIK, Win9x doesn't do named-anything...
