Finally!!! we have a set of public domain doubly-linked list
utilities!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Written by Paul Markham, they are included in the just-released
latest version of OZPD.  Also included are queue and stack
routines written by Paul M, based on dllist.  

You can FREQ OZPD from 3:711/934 with magic name "OZPD".

The only other changes I can remember are the chngstr()
utility I wrote, plus the sqhash.asm routine from Rowan.
