> > (and she's armed!) > > the better to connect my typing fingers to my body LOL One of my answers to the ever obvious "Wow, you're tall. How tall are you?" is "tall enough to reach the ground" Lisa does the same thing, only when people ask her how tall she is, they're saying, "Wow, you're short" (only, of course, they never say that part) She always says "Tall enough for both feet to reach the ground" > > they'd > > put the same ppl to writing the manuals intended for other ppl in > > the field - those are rather nasty and complicated. Makes sense to you. But are we bundling YOU in every box? > oh. LOL that would be about it :) I've always found it funny that programmers can write the program to do what you want, but then can't ever seem to tell you how to run it so you get what you want. . . . then get P**'s at you for asking how to get what they claim you can get from it "I don't have any trouble" is their most common response, said in a snotty "what a waste of skin you are" tone of voice. Engineers are a breed apart, regardless of what they're engineering > > > Veloci--just as befogged as before--raptor > > > > sometimes a good thing to be > > You're a San Franciscan at heart, Kathy Wilson.... tygress I've wondered about that. Feared it might be too far south ... I suspect further up the coast would be perfect.. Oregon, Washington... fog. I love fog... and oceans and mountains. And the air... boy I still think of the smell of cedar :) I'd miss the snow though You can get plenty of snow in Oregon and Washington, just stay out of the deserts and off the coast. You don't have to go very far up the mountains to have the smell of cedar, fogs in spring and autumn (especially autumn) and snow for months. There are mountains on the coast - Mount Olympia in Peuget Sound isn't even volcanic.
