I started brewing my own beer circa 1980ish and then I relied on canned
imports from the UK. Even if it tasted good, it wasn't exceptional. And yes, I
have a complete pub like station with carbonating stuff and all.
But then I discovered the Aussie Cooper's line of products, and my entire
beer world changed. I realized that the Englishmen that went to Australia took
with them something that was left behind -- true beer making.
I'm forever indebted to you Aussie guys for giving me the best brew you can
make yourself.
BTW: From what I've heard it's the Swedish company Alfa Laval that made the
machines for Cooper. 8-)
