I am using Win 3,1 as my os and am having troubile locating an ICQ client.  All
I have been able to locate to download that is 16bit is Windows for Workgroups
that won't run.  Does anyone know of a ural where there is an earlier version
of a ICQ client that I could download that would run with Win 3.1?
