  On 04 Aug 97, David A. Beisel entered the following ASCII codes for the 
express viewing pleasure of ALL:
 DAB> I was at the Winnipeg airport last week and was watching a
 DAB> 737 land.  From the top of the rudder it was trailing about a
 DAB> 50 foot cable with a little parachute on the end.

 DAB> Anyone know what that was?  Maybe a low frequency antenna?
Ooops!  I think they are supposed to winch those things in before landing.
