Note; I can get 33,600 from work to home no troubles.  I work in Albert
Street, between the Myer's Centre and the (now defunct) Munich Steak House.
I imagine work is connected to Edison exchange which is at the other end of
Elizabeth exchange (near the Riverside Centre).
