Hope this finds you back home safe 'n' sound with all your "booty"
intact.
Just happened to think of a couple of things that I thought I'd make
mention of.
On the "Star Cobra"... when you get ready to fuel, it fuels from the
right hand tank inboard side. (Standing behind aircraft, that right
hand). That tank will fill and then it will feed through to the left
hand tank.
Once the fueling operation is complete, replace the fuel line on the
tank, and pump fuel into the exhaust pressure line until you see fuel
come through the line to the carb. (The perry pump is slow about priming
unless it's already wet and this will insure that there is fuel in the
pump).
Guess that's about it for that one as far as getting it fueled goes.
One word of advice for flying, don't get it into a steep dive and think
it will pull out at the last minute. I almost "pancaked" it one day
trying that little stunt. Other than that, it flies great and will land
at almost a walking speed. Hope you enjoy it.
The rest of the stuff is pretty much straight forward for fueling flying
routines, so I'm sure you will get them figured out with no problem.
The Hots does only have an 8 oz capacity though, so it's powered flight
time is somewhat limited.
Only advice I have for the "Porsche" is be prepared when it leave the
ground.
