Sean, I'm not an expert but I do not think so. In my experience my blood
sugar seems to follow my diet and exercise (or lack thereof)  quite
closely. Also, when mine gets high I do not feel bad - no change in
feeling at all. It might just be a good idea for you to consult with
your doctor.
