Server.exe is where the licencing is metered from in NetWare 3.11, 3.12 so
you can down the server and exit to dos , copy the 100 user server.exe to
your current server and reboot.  Hey presto its now a 100 user licence.
(have done this on multiple servers and not encountered any problems)
