Yes. If you run it on a PC where you know the passwords, then when you ran
it on a PC where you didn't know the passwords you would know where to look
in the strings for the passwords.
If you have physical access to the machine in order to install and run
RockXP you could also just install Firefox. It automatically reads and
imports all IE passwords and displays them in nice clear tables.
