I don't know if you'd believe this if I told you. :) I know from my experience with Visual Basic 6 coding (I have Service Pack 5), it is actually relatively easy to set up at least tab-stops for each control (ie. button, text box, etc.) And keyboard shortcuts need only be prefixed with an ampersand & to become active. I haven't dug into Windows C++ programming though. I only did Visual Basic in Windows. So I agree from at least my own experiences. The only thing is, I never even *think* to add keyboard shortcuts to anything I write because I've used a mouse for so long (I do a lot of graphics/web design stuff too) that I never even think about using a keyboard! I think it is that not only a question of efficiency, it's more a question of how the programmer uses windows themselves, and thus reflects in their programming style. Poor excuse, I know. ::blush:: :) Tika ... Am I hallucinating or something?? ___ Blue Wave/DOS v2.30 --- SBBSecho 2.10-Win32* Origin: :::The Holodeck BBS::: telnet://holodeck.myip.us (1:261/1381) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 261/1381 38 123/500 106/2000 633/267 |
