Blame it on Planet Disconnect.  I was using RA 0.49, which didn't
put the seconds in the timestamp.  My outbound packets looked
fine with packetview, but when they arrived on the other end, the
timestamp had been either stripped or replaced with 12:00 01/01/80.
A lot of systems are configured to trash old mail, so maybe half of
the systems feeding from PC were reading me.
A month or so ago, my hub switched over to a direct T1 'ftp' connection
with Peace, and at the same time, I switched to a Squish message base.
