I'm currently working off many of my extra pounds.  Though I'm not
taking ACTOS, I have begun a 2-step process for weight loss...a 1500
calorie/day non-diet (which I'm chronically coming 300 - 700 calories
UNDER limit), and a thrice weekly visit to the only 24hr gym in town.
Over the last 6 weeks, I've lost about 24lbs.
