Maybe the same publisher that put out FLATTENED FAUNA: A Field Guide to
Common Animals of Roads, Streets, and Highways, by Roger M. Knutson.  He
must have overdosed on field guides and then came up with this.  It's
hilarious!  It was published by 10 Speed Press.  Oh, my -- if you come
across it, buy it.  It's freakin' hilarious!
