Hello Sean! 29 Jan 05 21:29, Sean Dennis wrote to All: SD> I've got DOORWAY configured on here to allow me to drop to DOS, SD> but I'd like to figure out a way for me to drop to CMD.EXE from SD> remote (I have the option triple-passworded, so it's not easy to SD> get to :). Anyone know how I can do that? I can pass the OS/2 com SD> handle, com port to the program. OS2You is the only thing I've heard of for OS2 with Doorway's level of functionality. I tinkered with the trial, but it was pretty pricey to register at the time, apparently targeting commercial use. Ultimately I decided to let the BBS callers own their own DOS machine instead of share my OS2 machine and that eliminated the need for me. .\\ike --- GoldED 2.50+* Origin: -=( The TechnoDrome )=- Austin,TX 512-327-8598 33.6k (1:382/61) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 382/61 140/1 106/2000 633/267 |
