Except that now you are back to having the number in the "To:" field. 

It could be from doing BW twice on the same message. 
I found there were occasions when I had to correct the "To:" field 
when doing that. 
I think Blue Wave/DOS v2.30 is more prone to the problem then 
Blue Wave/386 v2.30.
