| subject: | Re: ATM Can Pitch Alone Cause Scratches? |
From: Dominic-Luc Webb To: "John D. Upton" cc: Robert Fifarek , ATM List Reply-To: Dominic-Luc Webb You would need some very inhomogeneous pitch such that I have never seen or to use some very coarse abrasive to cause any serious scratches. You can just about polish glass with 600 grit on a polishing tool. If you are using plate glass that was not properly bevelled, perhaps you got some small chips from the edge? I suppose this could happen. Dominic-Luc Webb near Uppsala, Sweden --- BBBS/NT v4.01 Flag-4* Origin: Email Gate (1:379/100) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 379/100 1 106/1 2000 633/267 |
