TT> NOT. The MT10k is a single-channel amplifier, not a stereo model. TT> It
_can_ produce in excess of 10k watts into a .1ohm load with a TT> damping
factor of over 1000 at 100hz.
-> Exsqueeeze me? 0.1 ohm did you say? damping of 1000 at 100 hz? -> into
what ohmage does this damping factor come into play?
Despite being an audio frequency band amp, there are a couple of minor
details being missed here.
A 10 kW amp optimized for a 0.67 ohm load and requiring three phase power is
likely to be used in multiples of between 2 and 12 amps per system.
They'll be used as servo drivers for industrial vibration analysis, shaking
cars, avionics, military hadware, and the like.
