I have a Hayes Optima 28800 VFC/V34 + FAX.
Currently I am running Frontdoor and Renegade BBS.  However, I lost my stored 
profile and I don't have my instructions for my modem anymore.  I'm 
xperience
a TONNE of problems.  If I try calling certain systems I get repeated connect 
attempts before finally connecting.  And when I do connect there seems to be 

buffer problem, as it will display a chunk of information, pause, and then 
continue.  The connection will randomly drop, and my end will not detect the
drop for a long while afterwards (approx 1.5 minutes).  I find it impossible 
to connect to some mail, and as I am active in netmail, it really is costing 
me unnecessary phone charges.
If someone could give me an INIT string that would work, I would be more than 
grateful.
