In this area, they try to do it quick but, if there is a serious injury or
fatality, I think that ties them up a lot longer. They have to clear the
lanes for the traffic, help the injured and, I am guessing, do a lot more
"investigating" to determine what caused what. Not only do you have the
unfortunate circumstance of injury or loss of life, but also the unfortunate
circumstance of lawyers likely getting involved.
