Just a short note as follow-up to my previous posting re: new conferences.  
The first message in FOSTER has arrived on my system, hence I conclude that 
it has been "Backboned."
Of some possible interest to our California friends, (you there, Val?), may 
be that the first message I read addresses the fact that the majority of 
children placed into foster care in California are never returned to the care 
of their parents.
