That might be the problem... I use 3.22, the last version before the charged 
for the upgrade to 3.51  the last DOS version available.
I have 3.22 available here if you want to FREQ it to try it.
filenames are:
TLX322-1.ZIP
TLX322-2.ZIP
TLX322-3.ZIP
TLX322-4.ZIP
That might solve your problem.
