Yes - Google samba (I don't know much about it).

I will mention that recently I saw a suggestion to use the shareware
WebDrive. You configure SFTP (part of SSH2; like FTP but secure) on the
Linux box. You run WebDrive on the Windows box - it makes the SFTP
connection look like a network drive.
