Yes. Also the TediArgus should not be able to make outbound ipv6 calls without 
proxy. Perhaps Björn tells us what is going on.

But if you check incoming connections from 2:221/0 aka 2:221/1 aka 2:221/360, 
you'll see the outbound proxy ipv6 address, which may not accept inbound calls 
either.

Always call out by the nodelist. :)
