 I do recall that there is few string of commands that you can enter to make
 your modem capable of running like a 16.8/14.4 Courier Dual Standard, but
 USR have block that after they discovered that people are doing so... you
 will need a early Sportster to do so... I recommand that V42bis to be set
 ON, not OFF... and you can not emulate speed of the transmission... you can
 TRY to do so... BTW what Bills do you have... those 50 or 100 bux bills?
