Oh, sure - why not.  Basic info from the Official Handbook, looseleaf
(with some comments by myself).
Source of superhuman powers:  Recreation as an artificial lifeform by
Mentor and Chronos utilizing the spirit of Aurthor Douglas, currently
augmented by the power of the Infinity Gem, which he ingested.
Origin issue was Captain Marvel #32.  Slain by Moondragon in story arc
presented in Avengers #219-221.  Resurrected in new form in Silver
Surfer Vol 3 #35.  Current incarnation suffers (?) severe mental
disability (though he can still play a mean sax).
I note that in the current incarnation, his musculature is more enhanced
than the previous incarnations.  I wonder if this is the artist's way of
presenting his disability - strong as rock, and just as smart...
