The modem thing is moving so fast that it's difficult to track down a slower
(9600 or less) external.  I see lots of externals in the 28.8Kbps range, but
I see even more with voice AND fax AND pigeon-feed that are internal, at
least when I look at ads.  When I'm in the stores, I do see the externals at
both 14.4 and 28.8.  They'd require a few config string commands to be useful
with an Atari (assuming proper interface) but should work.
