you're shouting and makes it hard to read your message.
I'm using Acad R13C3 to do light Civil/Environmental Engineering design, 
including preparation of bid documents.  My company does a lot of real estate 
transaction environmental assessments, so we have a CAD operator who produces 
a lot of "stick" site plans.
