I made it available in the a[[eopriate file echos back in 2000.

But it fixes things in the BBS message base, so it only is of use on
BBSes that use the QuickBBS (aka 'Hudson') messagebase format or ones
that use the Goldbase format the last versions of QuickBBS had as an option.
