Go into the config (alt-o) | Terminal Options | item 'A' and set your
Baud rate to 19200. Then set item 'O' (Drop CTS during Disk Writes) to
on. Confirm that items 'J' and 'L' are OFF, and item 'K' is ON. 'Esc'
then be sure to "Write setup to disk" as you leave the config menu.
If this doesn't do it, you can also try changing "Protocol Options" |
item 'F' from it's default of 4 to 1.
The above is assuming you are running strickly in DOS. If you are
running from a Windows DOS box, then it can get a bit more involved.
