G'day all,

One of my users has the subject modem and some term called Comit 
and is having trouble with the init string and especially with hanging up. 
I've had to threaten to bann or delete his account unless he fixes it, so
he wrote telling me about his hardeware probs etc.

He has a manual but can't make head or tail of it,  I tried to help, but
remote and no knowledge of the modem is a draw back.

Can any one help with an init I can give him to save as his active profile
and what ever you can tell me about comit modem config.
