1: ST:FC - Clearly
2: ST:TUC
3: ST:GEN - Not far from TUC though
4: ST:TVH
5: ST:TWOK
6: ST:TSFS
7: ST:TFF
8: ST:TMP

That surprises me... Most people seem to think ST:FC is the best.
IMO, the only thing that should've been improved in ST:FC is
To attract non-trekkers: Add 10 minutes or so in the beginning, explaining 
more about the Borg etc... 
The reason ST:TUC comes second, is the *great* ending. That's IMO a very good 
example of great StarTrek action. Which is usually achieved without 
having too much F/X involved and stuff, like SW or other Sci-Fi shows...
I especially like the way they cut it. They kept switching between the EA, 
the 
Excelsior and the peace conference.. It was really great.
