Yeah, but even then I would have had to lug tanks of the stuff out  
there manually, and after few tanks the process gets a tad old.....
The consumption has been cut in half with the new model, and I still
run stove, water heater and lighting on propane.

Cross their palm with enough silver, and they do; right into the 
pocket. There isn't much problem with code, as long as the foundation
is built to overkill standards, with lots of rebar. The air, access,
and plumbing are not too hard to deal with. Take care.
