That is more or less what I just did except with -j4 and generic enough that it
could run on other arm64 systems such as pine64 and/or odroids with 64 bit
cpus.  Also it is a tad shy of what I was targetting since gcc-7.2 has yet to
be released.  I remain confident it will work when the time comes which should
be any day now.

I think these things want to be clustered.  :::evil grin:::
