The outbound statement in the husky config is for a BSO (binkley style queue).

The netmail staging area is used for areafix and in/out delivery.

I do not recall you mentioning you used Intermail when I recommended htick.

Are you trying radius now?  I would recommend it anyway since it's newer.  ;-)
