And I see why, there was a spelling mistake. I looked up the value and
passed it as uppercase to the function, so it had to be "0C0A"
for the Spanish value, but I checked for lower case "0c0a"... Was
no problem so far, because most countries only have numbers. Now, it should
work.

Hope it works, too, don't know if upper/lower case is important there.
These are the only two strings I can't change during run time with the
language file, they are part of the directory dialogue "add-on" I
use and when I change the string, it just happens nothing, it always
chooses it itself. So, I put in it with the appropriate language code, but
I can't test it without changing my Windows to Spanish (at least the value
in the registry).

 ADM> fido.htm, node.htm (for Pucela BBS) and GoldEd manual in Spanish.

I grabbed your fido.htm and put in in the archive, so it is installed
(copied to fido.htm) when Spanish is used as installation language. The
Golded manual is quite big and not up-to-date (the English original as
well..), because most users don't read it anyway, I decided not to put more
languages in, otherwise the archive size may grow about 1 MB for all
languages, I guess.
