Hi Jeanne Lou!
-=> Quoting Jeannelou Truitt to Wendy Buchanan <=-
JT> It is always so nice to hear from you. Thanks for all the good
JT> wishes in my 'hassle time'.
I've moved so many times, I don't think I could stand it any more,
but then we do what we have to, don't we? And if Tom and I ever
had the chance to travel and live in two places I think we'd do it
just for the change. Right now he's back working and the chances
are pretty slim but you never know.
JT> I only got to see Linda and Bev twice this winter and although we
JT> had planned to have another meet at my house this month, i am going to
JT> have to call it off. When we travel it is so nice to meet my echo
JT> friends. They have also been so generous with their hospitatily and
 JT> help.
I hope you know if you are ever in NE Oklahoma we'd love to see
you! But we sure don't have room for much here. We just edge
around stuff in this little house. It's almost claustrophobic!
Still we've always loved to have company.
 JT> I'm afraid that i can't consider a long train trip a vacation or
JT> rest, but it does let my lord see more of the country with out strain
JT> [on him]. I do get to play a lot of Santuary. That is lots of fun. I
JT> accost people on the train and teach them to play.
Hehehe, that's the way to sell game boards, too, isn't it? How
absolutely devious and very smart of you!
JT> I haven't yet desided what crafts i am taking with me. Perhaps
JT> those ribbon emb. ringbearer pillows.
I would consider a long train trip a vacation but then I have
not traveled as much as you have, so it would still be somewhat
of a novelty for me. I have done broomstick crochet on a long
car trip and that didn't bother me, but we had rented a car to
go to Dad's funeral and I had to have something to occupy my
hands and mind, and it worked to a certain extent.
I haven't finished that project, a stole, because it brought
back some memories I couldn't handle, but I think now I could
probably get it out and finish it. Hmmmm, that would be a good
UFO to get out and work on while waiting for Tom or something.
LadyBear Hugs,
Wendy
