That movie is "The Glimmer Man" with Steven Seagal and one of them Wayans 
guys.
I'm compelled to see it on account of Rabin's music.
Oh well, I might as well confess.  I like Trevor Rabin.  I think he's a great 
guitarist, and he writes a decent song...if he'd only stay out of the lyrical 
field, though...ugh.
