Indeed!  I have been known to hold doors for men, too, and not blink about

l have to say I have no love for the really rabid ones.  I had a run-in
with a group of them, which left me with the impression that they were anal
retentive, humorless, and just too self-absorbed for words.  Sheesh,
people!  Get a grip!
