Sorry to say no there is no good spot to dive here close.  Visibility is the 
major problem and boat traffic is the second problem as area lakes are 
extremely overcrowded.  The closest acceptable diving areas are probably 
Stockton or Pomme De Terre lakes.  Vis can run from 3'-5' in bad weather to 
15'-20' in good conditions.  Beaver lake in Arkansas Has a bit better vis as 
does Tablerock lake.  Welcome to Kansas City.
