Just in case they didn't tell you what "trolling" is, it's a type of fishing 
where you keep the boat moving. Similar to long line fishing, but a much 
smaller scale. You can "troll" a mere pond. There are many small electric 
trolling motors built for just such purposes here in the USA, as they are 
much quieter which "spooks the fish" much less.
