In all actuality, it's really not a diet.  However, The maximum
number of calories that I'm allowed to have per day is 1,500 (may
be a bit higher or lower for you...depending on certain factors).
Anyway, my partner & I both meet with our trainer once a week to bring
him up-to-date with our progress, make any changes (if needed) and to
get weighed.  Now, on that 1,500 calories...you gotta be a bit careful,
as some food items (mostly the fastfood variety) can put you over the
limit in no time.  But if you work it right, you can come in "under
budget" on a regular basis.
