Who, in your opinions, is/are the best mystery writer who lives in the SE (as 
defined by Mystery Writers of America's SE Chapter:
TN, GA, NC, SC, MS, AL, LA, and maybe Arkansas ... I forget the exact 
boundries but know that FL, VA, and KY aren't in it.
